چکیده
Abstract High-harmonic spectroscopy is a promising candidate for imaging electronic structures and dynamics in condensed matter by all-optical means with unprecedented temporal resolution. We investigate harmonic spectra from finite, hexagonal nanoribbons, such as graphene boron nitride, armchair zig-zag configuration. The symmetry of the system explains existence intensity emitted harmonics.

Time-Dependent Real-Space Renormalization Group Method
In this paper, using the tight-binding model, we extend the real-space renormalization group method to time-dependent Hamiltonians. We drive the time-dependent recursion relations for the renormalized tight-binding Hamiltonian by decimating selective sites of lattice iteratively. The formalism is then used for the calculation of the local density of electronic states for a one dimensional quant...

متن کاملFourth order real space solver for the time-dependent Schrödinger equation with singular Coulomb potential
We present a novel numerical method and algorithm for the solution of the 3D axially symmetric timedependent Schrödinger equation in cylindrical coordinates, involving singular Coulomb potential terms besides a smooth time-dependent potential. We use fourth order finite difference real space discretization, with special formulae for the arising Neumann and Robin boundary conditions along the sy...
متن کاملEnhancing and controlling single-atom high-harmonic generation spectra: a time-dependent density-functional scheme
High harmonic generation (HHG) provides a flexible framework for the development of coherent light sources in the extreme-ultraviolet and soft x-ray regimes. However it suffers from low conversion efficiencies as the control of the HHG spectral and temporal characteristics requires manipulating electron trajectories on attosecond time scale. The phase matching mechanism has been employed to sel...
متن کاملSchrödinger equations with time - dependent
We present some general results for the time-dependent mass Hamiltonian problem with H = − 2e∂xx + h(2)(t)e2νx2. This Hamiltonian corresponds to a time-dependent mass (TM) Schrödinger equation with the restriction that there are only P 2 and X2 terms. We give the specific transformations to a different quantum Schrödinger(TQ) equation and to a different time-dependent oscillator (TO) equation. ...
